FEA Plantations Limited - 2008 Project is a forestry agribusiness investment with 4 different options available to invest in forestry projects with investment terms ranging from 13-25 years.

FEA Plantations Limited (FEAP) is a leading fund manager in the managed agribusiness sector, renowned for the quality of its managed forestry projects. Managing hardwood plantations on behalf of over 9,000 investors, FEAP has raised over $285 million in capital from 15 consecutive managed forestry projects since 1993. It currently has over 50,000 ha of plantations under management in Tasmania, northern NSW and south eastern Queensland.

Investors are able to choose from a range of investment options aiming to produce timber with a minimum of 40% higher value sawn wood.

100% loan available - No capital outlay required before investment
Investors can borrow up to 100% Investment Loan with fixed and variable interest rate options.

12 months interest free loan available
Investors can borrow up to 100% for investment purposes, repaying the principal over 12 monthly instalments.

Diversifying from equity returns
Agribusiness returns have little or no correlation to stockmarket returns and therefore make a good diversifier for investors looking for returns outside of the sharemarket.

Early thinnings
All project options provide early thinnings to investors as an early income stream.

- First principal repayment not due until the end of the month following initial application. 12 Months Interest Free Finance is available by selecting this option in the Project PDS Application form.

3-15 year finance option
- Terms range from 3 years to 15 years
- No deposit required for applications less that $100,000
- No loan application fee
- Interest rates range from 8.5% for 3 years P & I to 11% for 15 year P & I
- First principal repayment not due until 31st July 2009.
- No evidence of income required for applications less than $100,000.
- All Principal & Interest Finance applications over $100k must complete the FEA Finance Pack

What do we get paid

Wealth Focus will receive 8% sales commission plus a 2% marketing allowance. Wealth Focus will rebate 100% of the 8% sales commission. Wealth Focus does not receive a trailing commission for this product. The marketing allowance is paid by the fund manager and is NOT an additional charge to the investor.
