Arafura Pearls is an established (ASX listed) farmer of high end South Sea Pearls. Established as Australia’s second largest South Sea Pearl producer, Arafura Pearls Project 2010 allows investors to participate in this potentially lucrative industry with large tax incentives.

Minimum Number of shell guaranteed by Arafura
– Arafura Pearls will select and grow hatchery produced shell for each Grower based on their subscription, providing them with a guaranteed minimum number of shell over the first 18 months of the project. Thereafter, insurance for disease and disaster on an agreed value basis for the remainder of the project

Income in year 5 and 7
– Grower shell is then seeded approximately 2 years after commencement, harvested 4 years after commencement, reseeded where appropriate and harvested again approximately 6 years after commencement

No annual fees to pay
– Arafura Pearls’ ongoing management costs are deferred against expected harvest proceeds for Grower convenience and to further align management interests with grower interests

What do we get paid

Wealth Focus will rebate 6.4% (80%) of the 8% sales commission. Wealth Focus does not receive a trailing commission for this product. The commission is paid by the fund manager and is NOT an additional charge to the investor.
