| Navra Asia Pacfic Growth Fund is a capital protected investment with a 100% investment loan. The Fund aims to generate returns by buying and selling 30 of Asia’s 150 largest shares. By buying 15 of the previous month’s worst perfroming stocks and selling 15 of the previous month’s best performing stocks the fund aims to benefit from general market volatility of Asian blue chips. |

| Aims to produce absolute returns – The Fund aims to benefit investors by taking advantage of the natural market volatility of the 150 largest shares in the Asia Pacific region.50% Minimum Return at Maturity – Investors receive a minimum of 50% growth over 10 years (150% of the initial amount invested).Risk Reduction Strategy – High volatility is considered a precursor to falls in the stockmarket. The Navra Asia Pacific Growth Fund has a volatility overlay, reducing exposure to movements in the market in times of high volatility.
Potential Income Stream – Dependent on the performance of the strategy, the Fund aims to pay up to 10% as a coupon each year (1st 8%pa is used to pay the loan interest). No Lending Approval Process – Ensures investors are able to access this investment without the completion of lengthy forms. 100% Limited Recourse Loan – Means that investors are able to walk away at any time without the worry of a shortfall in the event of the Fund falling in value. SMSFs are eligible for the full 100% Investment Loan Get rewarded for remaining in the fund – Participation in investment returns increases over the term of the investment to 200%. |
What do we get paid?
Wealth Focus will rebate 1% comission of the initial amount investment into the Navra Asia Pacific Growth Fund. Wealth Focus may receive a trailing commission of up to 0.75% pa of the value of the investment. These commissions are paid by the fund manager and are NOT an additional charge to the investor.
