Whitefield Resettable Preference Shares

Whitefield have launched a fixed rate fixed income offer yielding 7.00% pa plus franking. A relatively small offering of just $30 Million, we feel this is by far the best hybrid IPO we have seen this yEAR.

With $15 Million set aside for the shareholder offer, the problem for investors is how to get access to this offer, allocation is going to be difficult to source. We have already given our allocation to our advice clients, so unfortunately we can’t help on this issue, but if you are an existing shareholder our view is to fill your boots.
