Investors are able to choose from a range of 3 investment options aiming to produce pulpwood or high value saw logs (option 2 is only available as part of the blended option).

100% loan available - No capital outlay required before investment
Investors can borrow up to 100% Investment Loan with fixed and variable interest rate options (Indicative rates from 8.5% pa)

12 months interest free loan available - No deposit required
Investors can borrow up to 100% interest free, repaying the principal over 12 monthly instalments. Investments under $300k do not require assets and liabilities disclosure.

Diversifying from equities
Forestry investment returns have had little or no correlation to the share market, offering investors an opportunity to diversify their overall portfolio.

Discount on the blended option
Blended option provides investors with an overall discount of 5% from the cost of applying for the 4 individual woodlots.

Thinnings provide an early income for the project
All 3 project options provide thinnings as an early income to investors.

Investment Options

Growers will have the choice of investing in short rotation Eucalypt plantations grown for sale as pulp wood (Option 1), Radiata Pine plantations grown for sale as pulp wood and saw logs (Option 3), or a blend of four Woodlots of Eucalypt and Radiata Pine plantations grown for sale as pulpwood, saw logs and veneer logs (Blended Option).

What do we get paid

Wealth Focus will rebate 8% of the investment amount in the form of a cheque. Wealth Focus does not receive a trailing commission for this product. The commission is paid by the fund manager and is NOT an additional charge to the investor.
