The opportunity to borrow 100% of the investment – allows investors to invest with no capital outlay other than interest costs (borrowing is not available for SMSFs. Available to SMSFs – Capital Series OzAsia is available to Self Managed Super Funds. What do we get paid
Wealth Focus will rebate 2% commission (100%) on investments into Capital Series OzAsia (1% where no loan is applied for) in the form of a cheque and may also receive a trailing commission of up to 0.50% pa of the value of the investment loan. This trailing commission is paid by the fund manager and is NOT an additional charge to the investor.
