Capital growth potential – NAB ASX 200 Choices will entitle investors to a participation rate of 100% (Strategy A) and in excess of 115% (Strategy B) of the growth of the ASX 200 index. Participation rate in strategy B will be set on the issue date and fixed throughout the term.Capital Protection 1– Capital security through the NAB guarantee amount if held to maturity.The opportunity to borrow 100% of the investment amount – Investors can borrow up to 100% of the initial investment through NAB Investment Loan (subject to approval).SMSFs can borrow to invest – Investors may borrow up to 70% of the initial investment through the superannuation compliant NAB Limited Recourse Loan (subject to approval).

What do we get paid

Wealth Focus will rebate 2% commission (100%) on investments into nab Capital ASX 200 Choices (1% where no loan is applied for) as additional units (rebate as a cheque where no loan is applied for). Wealth Focus may also receive a trailing commission of up to 0.50% pa of the value of the investment loan. This commission is paid by the fund manager and is NOT an additional charge to the investor.
